For Burnaby Hospital

I showed up with a blurry left eye. Everyone who attended to me was prompt, concerned and positive. I was attended to within 30 minutes by Dr. Miller, who was incredibly professional and helpful. He examined me, then got on the phone and had an appointment set up for me with an ophthalmologist for the next day. Thank you to all. I am most grateful for our health care system.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

All the nurses were super efficient during my visit. Special thanks to Nurse Jennifer who is professional and really time efficient.

Thank you, Brett, for your kind, attentive and compassionate care of our mom. You are a wonderful nurse. Please continue to bring smiles to your patients and their families with your sense of humor and, most importantly, your excellent care.

For the Healthy Schools Program

Nurse Rachel provided wonderful, professional and caring support for our son, who has a disorder, at Ray Shepherd Elementary School. Her thoughtful, careful plan was a perfect method to keep our son safe and on track with his sugars while at school. My husband and I felt like we didn't have to worry about our son during school hours because of her guidance. Thank you.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

We brought our one-year-old son to the Surrey Memorial Hospital Pediatric Emergency Department when he started having fast, retracted breathing. I cannot thank all the nurses, doctors and staff enough for their help and kindness. We were brought into a room immediately. Every staff member that passed by was so incredibly kind. We had several nurses come just to make our son smile and check on him. Thank you.
