For Abbotsford Regional Hospital

I would like to say a big thank you to Nurse Sarah for being amazing. I was extremely nervous and anxious, but she was comforting and kept me calm till I went into the operating room. The anesthesiologist who helped me was also excellent. Thank you.

[I would like to] send a note of thanks to all the nurses, liaisons, social workers and to the doctor who have been so supportive to our family. It has been absolutely wonderful. Please thank the whole team for me for being there for our family. I have never had so much support. Everyone explains everything to us, sits with us and are so kind and caring. It is just beautiful.

For Burnaby Hospital

I would like to say thank you to the Surgical Department team. The nurses were so sweet and helpful. Anesthesiologist Dr. Butskiy and his team are excellent. Thank you so much for your positive attitude and care. I appreciate you.

Ann in the Post-Operative Department was courteous, professional and provided wonderful care while taking the time to assist others. She was proactive in my care, watched for signs of recovery and was a pleasure to speak with. She’s a credit to her profession. Thank you, Ann.

For Delta Hospital

Thank you to everyone in the Emergency Department at Delta Hospital. Everyone from registration, porters, lab and ECG technicians, cleaning staff and specifically Nurses Lorie, April and Jessica and Dr. Liang were amazing. Even though the Emergency Department was busy, their care never lacked. I felt at ease knowing my grandma was in capable hands.

I want to thank the volunteers and staff at Delta Hospital for making me feel welcome and for the great care I received in the Emergency Department.

For Eagle Ridge Hospital

I recently had a cardiac procedure at Eagle Ridge Hospital. I would like to say thank you to all the staff I interacted with. Everyone I encountered was a 10 out of 10; keep up the excellent work.

I arrived at Eagle Ridge Hospital by ambulance in terrible pain. Everyone was accommodating and provided great, friendly care. Thank you.

For Home Health Surrey North Delta

Thank you, Care Aides Panain, Jag, Jas, Bolo, Gurwinder and Misghauna, for the exceptional care. They do their job with finesse and compassion. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For Irene Thomas Hospice

I would like to thank the very caring staff at Irene Thomas Hospice. The nurses who cared for our mom while she was there were exceptional. I was constantly at the hospice during my mom's stay, and everyone was extremely kind and warm-hearted. My family and I want to share our sincere gratitude for all the staff.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

Janice in the Mammography Department made me feel at ease during my appointment. She answered all my questions and I left feeling informed and empowered. The receptionist, Nikki, also was very friendly. I will be visiting again because of the excellent care I received.

For Peace Arch Hospital

I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to the staff in the Nuclear Medicine Department. I recently had a test done, and everyone was so caring. I could tell that they love doing their job. I can't thank them enough for making me feel so at ease.

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital for severe chest pains. I am a diabetic and started to experience low blood sugar while waiting. Nurse Mickey recognized my condition and provided me with a sandwich and apple juice. His compassionate care was appreciated. Thank you, Mickey.

For Ridge Meadows Hospital

My father was at Ridge Meadows Hospital for two days prior to receiving a Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) provision. I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the nurses and doctors who made his stay there comfortable. I would like to share a very special thank you to Nurses Ryan, Carley, Jessica and Lisa. I will never forget the kindness and care you provided during this difficult time for our family. Thank you to Dr. Little for her compassion.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

I recently visited the Emergency Department at Royal Columbian Hospital with a broken leg. I wanted to thank all the staff that looked after me. Even though it was busy, everyone was helpful and kind. Thank you to Sophie and Tom for making me feel comfortable.

The nurses and doctors at Royal Columbian Hospital are amazing. Caring, compassionate and just all-around wonderful. Each one of them truly makes a difference. I know their job is not an easy one, but I hope they know what special humans they are.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

My family and I wanted to recognize the exceptional care that my grandmother received on the N43 Internal Medicine at Surrey Memorial Hospital. All the staff were absolutely amazing and caring. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Thank you, Dr. Ghuman and the Emergency Department staff at Surrey Memorial Hospital. I came in with an attack of shingles in my eye and was in a lot of pain. They assessed my vitals when I arrived and listened to my concerns. Thank you.

For the Surrey Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Thank you to Lisa and the other receptionists for their caring and professional demeanour. Nurse Practitioner Monica was excellent, and I feel she addressed all my concerns.
