For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
I visited Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Their new relational security officers are great. I was confused about where to go but two relational security officers helped me. It was a great experience to be helped by people who were so kind and helpful towards patients. I never expected this from security, but they were so polite and kind to me.
For Burnaby Hospital
Our mother was admitted into 2D, Palliative Care, where she remained until her death. We cannot thank the 2D staff enough. Everyone we had contact with – doctors, nurses, cleaning staff, social workers and volunteers were all so kind and supportive. We witnessed the kind and gentle care they gave our mom and they helped us through this difficult time.
For Burnaby Urgent and Primary Care Centre
The front desk was very pleasant. I sliced my hand and needed stitches as it wouldn’t stop bleeding. They were able to do it and gave me a tetanus shot and a doctor's note to send to my boss. The doctors and nurses were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this centre.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I underwent a spirometry test with Fahim, the respiratory therapist. I can't express enough praise for Fahim. Fahim made me feel exceptionally at ease and prepared for the testing, despite my usual high anxiety in hospital environments. Fahim's kindness, clear explanations and support greatly facilitated the process for me.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
The staff in 3S were amazing, caring, friendly, kind and made me feel cared for. I couldn't ask for better health care. The staff did everything at 200 per cent. All of you saved my life and saved my family by doing so. I can never thank all of you enough. With all of my humble appreciation and thanks.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my surgery and overnight stay at Surrey Memorial Hospital. I'm truly thankful to all the doctors, nurses and staff who took care of me. Special thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Butskiy, for his dedication and expertise.
