For Chilliwack General Hospital
I was blown away by the efficiency of the Chilliwack General Hospital Emergency Department staff. We went in for an evening visit and the area was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and professional. We felt like our health emergency was being taken seriously and the amount of tests that were run were appreciated.
For the Metrotown Urgent and Primary Care Centre
The lovely person at the front desk helped a lot and requested that nurses check on me fast, as I was not doing great. The staff was very professional and the facility was clean. Highly recommend this place. Thank you to the front desk person, the lovely Nurse Mary and the doctor.
For Peace Arch Hospital
Jessie in Zone 5 was amazing, caring and compassionate. Thanks for all the support offered.
For the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I have contacted the Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre twice for different things. The first time I just spoke with the nurse and she provided advice and I didn't need an appointment to go in. For the second call, I spoke with a nurse who booked a same day appointment to see a doctor. It was first class, on time, and I got the help I needed, plus a prescription. Thank you.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I wanted to give sincere thanks to Nursing Staff Jocelyn, Ivan, Kianan and Wade, and Dr. Chaun from my Emergency Department visit. Not only did they address my acute health needs, but also provided a referral for my chronic concerns. They delivered exceptional care, while providing true concern, dignity and even some smiles.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I had a serious illness and was at Surrey Memorial Hospital for 13 days. I want to thank all involved with my care: Doctors, nurses in ER/N51, all the porters who repeatedly ferried me to the underbelly of the building and all the technicians who work down there. Everyone was professional, cheerful and compassionate. Great thanks to Dr. Jurkowsky for his commitment and wisdom to get what I need at this time.
