For Burnaby Hospital

Thank you to the Emergency Department team for your excellent care during a recent visit for my teenage son. The staff were very caring and helpful. You made a comfortable place for him to wait. Thank you for all that you do.

For Langley Memorial Hospital

Thank you to Dr. Sheppard for the ultrasound to determine my abdomen needed a CT scan. The result was a procedure. I’m grateful for him examining me thoroughly.

For Peace Arch Hospital

The staff at Peace Arch Hospital are wonderful. During my stay, everyone was upbeat, professional and compassionate. I commend not just the doctors and nurses; all the staff I interacted with were exceptional. I am grateful to have been taken seriously and well cared for.

For Royal Columbian Hospital

The nurses and doctor were great. All staff were kind and accommodating.

For Surrey Memorial Hospital

I had surgery and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for Dr. Calderon, Dr. Gajecki and the whole Operating Room team. I want to especially thank my Nurses Marissa (Post-Anesthetic Care Unit), Kevin (South 1), Zahin (S3S3) and Maureen (S3S3). Their encouragement and reassurance were invaluable and truly made a challenging time much more manageable. Thank you so much.

For the Tri-Cities Mental Health and Substance Use Centre

Dear Dr. Xue, psychiatrist, and Jennifer, case manager: Thank you for taking your precious time to see me regularly and making sure I am doing all right. You have been very supportive from the beginning and I feel better with your care. Thanks a lot.
