Compliments to Lucy, who administered the exercise portion of my MIBI scan at Burnaby Hospital. As a registered nurse myself, I deeply value the importance of protecting a patient's dignity and privacy, and Lucy did exactly that. She kindly helped tape my gown closed when it puffed open above the tie. I truly felt that she went above and beyond to protect and honour my dignity during a vulnerable procedure. She did an exemplary job, and I’m very grateful.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I recently had surgery at Eagle Ridge Hospital, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received. From the pre-operation area to the operating room and inpatient unit, every staff member I encountered was kind, professional and attentive. The nurses who cared for me were especially wonderful—knowledgeable, compassionate and truly dedicated to providing exemplary care. Thank you so much.

I took my daughter to the emergency department at Mission Memorial Hospital for an assessment to see if her arm was broken. We were greeted warmly, triaged quickly and promptly taken for an x-ray. All the staff—doctors, nurses and support team—were pleasant, efficient and kind throughout the visit. Thankfully, her arm wasn’t broken.
