For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
Jessica, who works in the Abbotsford Regional Hospital Emergency Department, is an amazing nurse. She is compassionate, speaks to patients with kindness and communicates with families with knowledge and understanding. She made my mom’s stay much more comfortable and gave me peace of mind when leaving her in the hospital’s care.
For Newton Public Health Unit
My family was enrolled in a newcomers’ public health program, and it was incredibly helpful. It provided us with valuable support during my wife’s pregnancy as well as follow-up care for our newborn and immunizations. Nurse Sunny was especially helpful—not only with our family’s health-related needs but also in helping us get involved in the community. She connected us to various community programs, which made a big difference for us.
For Peace Arch Hospital
I experienced a heart attack while walking and my son rushed me to the Emergency Department at Peace Arch Hospital. I received immediate treatment and was quickly transported by ambulance to Royal Columbian Hospital for a stent procedure. Within just three hours of being admitted, I was back at Peace Arch Hospital. I was treated exceptionally well and am now recovering at home. I am incredibly grateful to all the doctors, nurses and support staff for their outstanding care and support. Thank you all for your exceptional treatment.
For Port Moody Urgent and Primary Care Centre
I would like to compliment Nurse Practitioner Merat-Fournier for her excellent urgent medical care. Her thorough and accurate diagnostic skills in identifying the cause of my severe dizziness were truly commendable. Her friendliness and caring attitude quickly eased my stress and nervousness throughout the consultation. She is the best medical practitioner I have ever met, and I sincerely wish her every success in her future career.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I am beyond grateful to Dr. Launcelott at Royal Columbian Hospital for giving my father another chance at life by performing a life-saving operation over the weekend. Words cannot fully express my appreciation for the exceptional care you provided. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
For Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Urgent Care Response Centre
I work at the Immigration and Refugee Legal Clinic, where we support clients facing complex immigration and refugee law challenges. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Harminder, the social worker, and her team for being a ray of light during a particularly difficult day for our client. Their dedication made a tremendous difference in ensuring our client felt supported and had a safe place to stay over the weekend. Thank you.
