For Burnaby Hospital
The staff at the entrance were so kind and welcoming. The nurse was incredible – patient and attentive – and the doctor was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient with my baby boy, who wasn’t feeling well, and her kindness and expertise gave both my husband and me much more confidence in managing his symptoms.
For Burnaby Home Health
Karen Mittet and her father, Tim Esakin, sent us a heartfelt letter expressing their gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Burnaby Home Health Nurses Chelsea and Rachel. The family was delighted to participate in this video to share their appreciation for the care Tim received for a large leg wound – within the comfort of his home. Watch Tim’s story here.
For Chilliwack General Hospital
I recently had surgery to remove my gallbladder and all the nurses and medical staff I encountered were incredibly kind and helpful. The recovery nurses were so sweet and attentive, ensuring I felt okay every step of the way. Thank you.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ana, community support worker, for the exceptional care you provided to my mom. Your kindness, patience and empathy truly went above and beyond, and it meant so much to her and our entire family during such a challenging time. Your support and compassionate presence made a lasting impact on my mom in her final days, and we will always be deeply grateful for the care you provided. Thank you so much.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at Langley Memorial Hospital. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I felt well cared for and comfortable. I came in with severe abdominal pain, not knowing that just five hours later, I would be undergoing surgery for an inflamed gallbladder. The staff were truly amazing, and I am extremely grateful for their care and support.
For Royal Columbian Hospital
I recently spent the night in the Emergency Room, and I want to give a heartfelt thank you to my nurse, Wade. He was, without a doubt, one of the friendliest and most compassionate health care professionals I've ever met. Wade was informative, attentive, and had a great sense of humour that made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thank you, Wade.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
I was treated at the Emergency Room and want to express my gratitude to Dr. Karoll for his kind and caring professionalism, as well as to the nurse and staff who provided excellent care. A special thanks to the male employee taking blood pressure for incoming patients – your help with arranging an Uber ride and your kindness was greatly appreciated. My heartfelt thanks to all of you.
