For Abbotsford Regional Hospital
My 12-year-old son recently broke his thumb and needed emergency surgery at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Every nurse who cared for him during this challenging time was absolutely amazing! Kim, the pediatric nurse, along with the pre-op OR nurse and the PACU nurses, were all so kind and compassionate. They made a stressful day so much easier and helped a scared little boy feel more comfortable about his situation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I saw Dr. Chan in the emergency department. He was compassionate, thorough, and demonstrated a great bedside manner. Having a rare genetic condition often makes it challenging to find a doctor with knowledge about it, but Dr. Chan was well-informed and understanding. Thank you, Dr. Chan, for helping me through this difficult time.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at the Queen’s Park Care Centre who contributed to my recovery from a stroke. The kitchen staff, cleaning staff, nursing staff and therapy staff all worked together to make my stay a positive and successful experience. This is truly a remarkable facility doing incredible work. Amneet from the Interventional Radiology Department was incredibly helpful and compassionate. She went above and beyond to assist my brother, especially in navigating the miscommunications and resolving the issues that needed to be addressed before his nerve block procedure.

The nurses who cared for my 5-year-old daughter in the Emergency Room (ER) last weekend were wonderful. I was nervous since it was her first memorable visit to the ER, but she ended up saying it was "the best day ever" thanks to the colouring sheets she received.
