For Burnaby Hospital
Thank you, Dr. Hsu, for the outstanding care you provided to my brother who is autistic at Burnaby Hospital. He was admitted to the Emergency Department and you repaired his hernia with exceptional skill. I deeply appreciate the time you took to thoroughly explain everything to me and for personally updating me on my brother's progress.
For Chilliwack General Hospital
I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Wu for the excellent care he provided at Chilliwack General Hospital. His bedside manner was exceptional and he demonstrated both efficiency and deep knowledge. Dr. Wu listened to my concerns with empathy, helped me problem-solve and ensured my referrals were sent promptly. Thank you, Dr. Wu.
For Delta Hospital
I want to thank my nurse, Amon, for making my stay such a positive experience. He brought me my medication, checked my vitals and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I asked him to check if a doctor had signed off on my discharge, he made sure to assist me as much as possible. Amon is an outstanding employee who truly deserves a five-star recommendation.
For Langley Memorial Hospital
I had surgery today and every single staff member went above and beyond for me. The family-like atmosphere of this hospital is what makes it truly exceptional. From Sukhi and Ben in the Operating Room cleaning team to the incredible nurses, anesthesiologists, porters, pre-admissions staff, unit clerks, Dr. Syal and Dr. Chapman—thank you all!
For Mission Memorial Hospital
Margaret and Karen were instrumental in my recovery from hip surgery in the Patient Assessment and Transition Home (PATH) unit. They patiently answered all my questions and helped ease my fears. I am deeply grateful to them for their care and support during the two weeks I spent there.
For Surrey Memorial Hospital
My mother was struggling with her daily routines due to health challenges but Khush, our case manager, made a tremendous difference. He quickly arranged home care services that improved her well-being and conducted a thorough assessment, enabling her to apply for assisted living in an environment better suited to her needs. We are deeply grateful for Khush's professionalism and the extra effort he put into ensuring my mother’s care and comfort. Thank you, Khush!
