For Burnaby Hospital
Last week, I had a hernia operation at Burnaby Hospital. From the helpful parking guard to the friendly staff member at registration, my experience started on a positive note. The operation was ahead of schedule and went smoothly. I’m grateful to Dr. Mahy and the surgical team for their professionalism and kindness. You made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Thank you.
For Eagle Ridge Hospital
Dr. Stockton was incredible. She arranged an emergency surgery that saved my mom’s life. Dr. Behesti, Dr. Morley, Dr. Morri, and nurses Adrienne, Yasmin and Spenny went above and beyond to care for her over two weeks. Their dedication and compassion were truly outstanding. They deserve endless appreciation and recognition. I can’t thank them enough. They are absolute superheroes!
For Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre
A big thank you to the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team, with special appreciation to Deanne, Walter, Jane, Amaila and Raj. Also, a heartfelt thanks to Nurse Practitioner Rashime, Shannon from Heart Function and the pharmacist. The RPM program provided us with peace of mind and was incredibly helpful. It’s truly the best program for heart failure patients. The team was always on top of things, reaching out whenever readings were off. Such an efficient and caring staff. We are so grateful. Thank you all!

I want to take a moment to recognize one of the most exceptional nurses I’ve ever met, Rosie. During my time at this facility, I faced many challenges and a lot of pain, but Rosie made me feel safe and truly cared for. Her compassion and dedication are incredible. Just talking to her eased my pain and she went above and beyond to meet my needs before I even had to ask. Her kindness made all the difference.
