Construction Notice

Steam visible outside the Jim Pattison Acute Care Tower

What's happening?

• EllisDon will be conducting a series of steam purges as part of the system startup in the construction site for the Jim Pattison Acute Care Tower.
• During these times, steam resembling smoke from a fire will be seen coming out of the new acute care tower.
• There is no fire, so please do not be alarmed.

When is this happening?

• All scheduled steam purges will be done during regular construction hours.
• Dates and durations are subject to change.

Impacts to you:

• There will be no impact to neighbouring residents, pedestrians or vehicle traffic.
