You can place an order through the online ordering platform here. You can order food through the site without opening an account.

How do I get a gift card or rewards card?
Gift cards
Eyáleq’ep gift cards are available at all Fraser Health retail food locations. Customers can request a new card from any cashier. These cards can be purchased using debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash. Once purchased, the gift cards can be loaded onto your Apple or Google wallets.
Currently, we do not support e-gift cards.
Rewards cards
When you create an account in our online ordering system, you'll have the option to create an electronic rewards card. If you'd prefer a physical rewards card, you can request one from the cashier at any Eyáleq’ep location.

Can I purchase more than one gift card at a time?
Yes, you can purchase multiple gift cards from any cashier at Eyáleq’ep sites.

Do the gift cards expire?
Eyáleq’ep gift cards do not expire.

How much can be loaded onto a gift card?
The minimum amount for an Eyáleq’ep gift card is $1; the maximum amount is $100.

What should I do if I encounter issues while redeeming a gift card?

What do I do if my physical gift card is damaged, lost or stolen?
If the physical gift card is damaged, the cashier may still be able to retrieve the balance from the system and allow for use or transfer to a new card, if the number on the back of the card is still readable.
Lost or stolen cards cannot be retrieved from the system.

How do I check a gift card balance?
You can check the balance of an Eyáleq’ep gift card here.
An account does not need to be created to check the balance. Please enter the 16-digit gift card number (found on the back of the card) to learn the total dollar value remaining on the gift card.

Where is Eyáleq’ep located?
The online ordering system and the gift/rewards cards are only available at the list of Eyáleq’ep locations at the bottom of this webpage.

Is there a mobile app?
At this time, there is no mobile app for placing Eyáleq’ep online orders. However, you can easily place orders through our website using your mobile or desktop browser.
