Share your voice in our Virtual Health survey. Your answers will inform the future of virtual care services at Fraser Health.
Fraser Health is conducting a survey to learn more about how adults aged 19 and older within the Fraser Health region use virtual health care. We want to know what people like or don’t like, based on their experiences, and their comfort level using technology for health care. The information gathered from the survey will be used to improve and promote equitable access to virtual health care.
This collaborative research study by Fraser Health, the University of British Columbia (UBC) and Simon Fraser University (SFU) will remain open until July 31, 2024 and is available in multiple languages including English, Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Punjabi, Spanish and Tigrigna.
